Terms of Service

EnhanceApply is an AI-powered resume optimization tool. You provide your resume (as a PDF) and a job description, and our service rewrites your resume to better match ATS keyword requirements and the expectations of the target role. The service uses Anthropic AI to generate the optimized output.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use EnhanceApply. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

• You receive 3 free credits upon creating an account. Each credit entitles you to one resume optimization.
• Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs (Starter, Pro, or Power).
• Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor.
• All prices are displayed in USD and are charged at the time of purchase.
• Because credits are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you experience a technical issue where a credit was charged but the optimization failed to complete, contact us at enhanceapplysupport@protonmail.com and we will investigate and restore your credit.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading resumes that misrepresent qualifications you do not have
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
• Use automated tools to consume credits at scale
• Upload files containing malware or harmful content
• Share your account with others or resell credits

• The optimized resume output generated for you belongs to you. You retain full ownership of your content.
• The EnhanceApply platform, branding, UI, and underlying code are our intellectual property.
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your resume and job description text solely for the purpose of providing the optimization.

The optimized resume is generated by AI and is provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that every optimization will meet your expectations or result in job interviews. You are responsible for reviewing the AI output before submitting it to employers. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your job search.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnhanceApply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of employment opportunity, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
