Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for credit purchases on EnhanceApply ("Service"). By purchasing credits, you agree to this policy.
1. All credit purchases are final
EnhanceApply sells digital credits that are used immediately to generate AI-created content (your optimized resume, cover letter, and related documents). Because each credit is delivered instantly and consumed the moment you run an optimization, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once bought.
2. Try before you buy — 3 free credits
So you can evaluate EnhanceApply with zero risk, every new account receives 3 free credits on signup. This lets you generate real optimizations and confirm the quality before paying for anything. We strongly encourage you to use your free credits before purchasing a credit pack.
3. Exception — technical issues on our side
- If a credit was deducted but the optimization failed to complete due to a technical problem on our side, we will restore the credit (this is usually automatic).
- If you purchased credits but were unable to use them because of a verified technical fault on our side, contact us at enhanceapplysupport@protonmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review your case and, where appropriate, restore your credits or issue a refund.
- Refunds (when granted) are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
4. What is not eligible for a refund
- Credits that have already been used to generate an optimization.
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (please use your free credits to evaluate quality first).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago.
5. How to request help
For any billing questions or to request a review under Section 3, email us at enhanceapplysupport@protonmail.com with your account email and, if relevant, your order details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
